❤ Beautiful garden God bless. I use to live in Apopka but my HOA didn't let me grow anything. Now I live in Broward and I have 3 coconut Palm trees, 4 avocado, bananas, 3 mango trees, and everything else under the sun. I love my jungle. My brother still lives in Orlando and he has mango, avocado, banana and tamarind tree.
I live in Polk County Florida. I have 2 mango trees, 2 avocado, 2 Star Fruit, papayas, several bananas, ginep ( mammicillo, quenepa, Spanish lime) pineapples, morninga tree, longevity spinach, mulberry, Loquat,so far the cold hasn’t hurt any of my trees. Looking to add to the food forest
Awesome. Hopefully you will get to keep all of it. My mom had an avocado and a mango tree that died after 3 to 4 years when we had a bad winter in Orlando about 20 years ago.
Those twisted knotted roots are root knot nematodes. Affects peppers, okra, tomatoes etc. plant marigolds around the plants. In the planting hole put crab meal before planting, best to get rid of the peppers and try planting in a new area with marigolds and crab meal. Or plant in a pot using fresh bought soil.
First time seeing your channel and love this type of content. I just planted some fruit trees, I had to start over as I sold my house and purchased a new one. I planted Ackee, mangoes, Moringa, Loquat, Leeche, sour sop, sugar apples, Bananas, plantain, Cassava, Tamarind, papaya, ginger, Leaf of life, Guniea hen, mint, peach, pineapple, pumpkin and sweet potatoes from the islands, fever grass and different herbs. Some I had in pots from my old house. I live in Central Florida also in Tavares.
Bless up! Nice garden. Apple tree looks good. You have better luck there than us in Lake Wales. But we are still hopeful lol. It is by far my fav fruit!
@@paulg3012 I understand Rastafarian lingo but the audience is international and if they go to search for the tree or fruit by that name no one will know what they are talking about. Also, if they search for that name on the internet they will not find it.
Had a mulberry had to cut it down was way to big and roots were cracking house foundation. Someone planted it years ago about 12 ft from the house. Still got berries in the fridge. Tropical stuff don’t work up here in mass. Cranberries work good though if you wanna put a bog in. Lotta work.
Maybe you can tell him about this comment or send it to him but he should label his trees so that if anything happened to him his family can know how to take care of the trees after doing research to keep his Garden Legacy going I'm feeding his family❤❤❤
Are those that are not bearing close to street lights? I found out years ago, light at nights affects them. Coconut tree takes 5 years to produce coconut.
