Welcome to the Epilogue of Project Bourbon. An Alternate History featuring the Napoleonic wars.
Our Point of Divergence lies in the War of Spanish Succession, where the French gain a total victory, allowing for the monarchies of France and Spain to unite, creating the Bourbon Empire.
Since then, Napoleon has consolidated his grasp on Europe to the point of unifying it under his reign. While some titles may be only vassals of the European Empire, it is only a matter of time before Napoleon would integrate them fully.
However, Napoleon's diagnosis of Stomach Cancer has eroded his health. If he dies soon, his adolescent son will inherit, risking its collapse. The alternative is granting the throne to his brother, but doing so would cause a succession crisis.
Will Napoleon live long enough to prevent an empire shattering succession crisis? What has been happening in the rest of the world during the unification wars?
All these questions and more will be answered in the Final Episode of Project Bourbon!

Q: What programs do you use to create these videos?
A: I use QBam as a base map with references linked below, create scenes with Photoshop, use the assets in After effects to animate them and add the finishing touches with Premiere Pro!

So are there no plans to continue this scenario? People usually cut their scenarios short due to the uncertainty that comes with going on for so long after the point of divergence, but I think there’s a lot of missed potential there. Sure historical accuracy is lost, but there’s already dozens of people striving for pure accuracy. I think there’s a lot innovation that could be had by focusing more fictional scenarios that builds more on what it has developed based on logic. Either way I appreciate what you’re doing here, it’s definitely a breath of fresh air in the space.

Please do a new series with Napoleon II forging his new empire in South America and allying himself with the American Empire. So far, this is a great series and an excellent epilogue, Mr. LoreDad. No matter what happens or what anybody says, you make the best alternate scenarios out here; I really mean it!

Your empire didn't suffer the fate of Alexander.... ... ...... it, uh, suffered the fate of Justinian, where your premature death before you could resolve your new empire's problems, combined with lackluster successors, leads into all of your accomplishments being wiped away! Hey, don't worry, Europe will probably be formed again.... under the germans. It's *always* the germans.

4:03 This timeline's POD is too late to change the fate of the Safavid dynasty in Iran. By 1701 the Safavid dynasty had already decayed and was ruled by the incompetent Shah Soltan Hoseyn who mishandled a rebellion by the Afghans and lead to fall of Isfahan in 1720s. After that, the Safavids were effectively done, they were revived twice only to be puppet rulers.

Now.. i wonder what suitable name for the Mod, since this mod worth like "Divergent of Darkness" if someone ever pick up the herculean task for Vic 2 or Project Alice (also known as Open VIC 2) As for name candidate "Napoleon Legacy" already taken, would be "Bourbon Legacy"? or "Concert of Bourbon"?

There would be no one that could hold the empire as Napoleon did. It would be interesting to see Napoleon II. lead France if Napoleon lived for a few more years.

Ya Napoleons empire is doomed in eroupe but for America it is definitely fine if America doesn't take advantage of the empire as the 10 year old would probably not even think of putting soilders on the American empire border
