Beat the mixture with a mixer for 20 minutes.
Fill a 19 x 14cm tin with the mixture.
Place in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
Lubricate the knife with vegetable oil.
Cut it.

2 apples.
Place the apples in a blender.
Grind.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) Greek yogurt or sour cream.
2 eggs.
Grind.
Grease the molds (diameter 9 cm, height 4.6 cm) with vegetable oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40-45 minutes.
