This aesthetic is just everything! ❤❤ I love the music you chose and absolutely every other detail. I really identify with the sentiments you shared and appreciate you putting so much of yourself on display like this.
Perhaps off topic but this video reminds me of how precious it is to have video production available to us as creative expression, how wonderful it is to be able to communicate what could potentially be contained to private thoughts in this audio/visual way. It's like a projection of what goes on in your mind. What a beautiful thing.
wow, this is so beautifully shot. and I love the way you incorporate animations. you have a very unique voice and I'm excited to be able to see it daily for a little while. miss ya to bits!!
this is so so so lovely and beautiful and your colour grade is so lovely and the words and your voice and it's all very good. And a super important message too. Love it.
Thanks for this video, Those are great questions. Do you have any advice if your day job is draining all your physical and mental energy. I work as a visual merchandiser and I want to be an artist but I get so discouraged by my youtube channel and by time and energy after work. When I put extra in to my art I end up with a flu or half depressed in bed wondering how am I ever going to resolve this or at least get a I can do and be a part time artist now I have neither and I am mildly depressed and really unhappy. I know this is full on so I am sorry but no one in my life understands largely they think I am so sort of weirdo who should be happy to just have a job any job.
Great cinematography here!!! I get exactly what you're saying in this video. For me, my day job is the most black and white least creative job I've ever had, but I guess there are times when we need to make sacrifices like that to financial feed our love for the arts! After a day of looking at excel and spreadsheets going through the monotony over and over again... the mind starts to crave creativity once you leave work, if that makes sense. I really enjoyed your thought expression here, very well done. Visually and audibly the message was clear and also interesting at the same time. I have another technical question for you :). How are you doing your animations?
I totally understand, I am a data analyst! Haha. But surprisingly, it's true, after hours of spreadsheets the mind does crave creativity more! And as for the animations, I'm using after effects. I'm still new at it, but I'm enjoying the "learning the hard way" aspect. hahah.
Haha I think a Data Analyst may be as far away from creativity as you can get :P, and also may be a close relative to what I do. I am a 'Project Specialist' in the company I work for and I am basically handed topics like "Leadership", "Coaching", "Presentation Skills" and it's my job to search our excel catalog databases to find keyword matches on courses and then create 'excel maps' to help our clients create learning programs for their employees. -.- ugh I have had After Effects for a while, but it's a bit daunting so every time I open it to play around I only last 5 minutes and then scurry away in fear!
