Prime Minister Winston Churchill once called the drive along the Niagara River as, “the prettiest Sunday drive in the World," He was speaking of the Niagara Parkway on the Canadian side, but if he had driven down it in New York State, he would have expounded that it was an absolute much prettier Sunday drive, with more connection and interaction to the natural beauty, history, and compositions that only the Shores of Niagara can produce.
Each year we pick a season to take you on a drive down through beautiful Lewiston, along the lower Niagara River through historic Youngstown, NY to Fort Niagara State Park. A couple weeks ago at the peak of the foliage change, we took that drive.
