There was a bad typo at 1:55, "In addition to a tornado, tennis ball size is expected with this storm." Obviously they only put in the hail size comparison, and didn't bother to add in "large damaging/destructive hail up to" before it!

I use a special program and my personally created code to display a screen similar to what an EAS would look like on television.

The way the EAS voice says "Miles Per Hour" differentiates across the U.S. For example: Oklahoma: moving (whatever direction) at (something) miles AN hour. Elsewhere in the US: moving (whatever direction) at (something) miles PER hour.

LOL Its the guy who makes the EAS MOCKS. IDK why you dont use the VALID tones. you can find the EAS Tones on YT, Get the URL, then find a youtube to mp3 converter, paste the url, and download the mp3.

The audio is an actual recording from a weather radio. He just creates the screens, I believe.

I was in the tornado, but I was lucky enough to be unscathed. I never got to hear this because the weather cut off the signal. I hope I hear it next time.

@@joshbrony2204 Some residents of Moore, Oklahoma consider the May 20th, 2013 tornado to be a deadly second act to the deadlier and more infamous May 3rd, 1999 tornado.

The Oklahoma usually do it differently for some reason. The voice is the same but the wording is different. better (at least I find so for some reason) Here are the differences. Oklahoma EAS "So and So county in central Oklahoma.........." Other states EAS "So and So county...." (NOTE: Actually some states do the same as above, others do this). Oklahoma EAS "Until 00:00PM Central Daylight Time" Other states EAS "Untill 00:00PM" Oklahoma EAS "At 00:00PM Central Day Light Time, NWS Radar indicated a severe thunderstorm along line extending from [whatever cities] moving [direction] at ??MPH. Hazards in the warning include...(wind gusts to 60mph, hail up to the size of whatever, etc). Other states EAS "At 00:00PM, NWS doplar radar, indicated a severe thunder storm capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph (that wording is different). Oklahoma EAS "Locations in the warning include......." Other States EAS "Locations impacted include.........." Oklahoma EAS "This includes I-?? between mile markers ?? and ??." Other States EAS "This storm will affect I-?? between mile markers ?? and ??".

Only 1 day before this. 2013 Moore tornado EF5 tornado May 20, 2013 Moore, Oklahoma tornado.JPG The tornado as it was approaching the city of Moore Formed 2:56 p.m. CDT (UTC−05:00), May 20, 2013 Dissipated 3:33 p.m. CDT (UTC−05:00), May 20, 2013 Max rating1 EF5 tornado Highest winds 210 mph (340 km/h) Damage $2 billion (estimate)[1] Total fatalities 24 fatalities (+2 indirect), 212 injuries Areas affected McClain and Cleveland counties in Oklahoma; particularly the city of Moore 1Most severe tornado damage; see Enhanced Fujita scale Part of the tornado outbreak of May 18-21, 2013 On the afternoon of May 20, 2013, a large and very powerful EF5 tornado ravaged Moore, Oklahoma, and adjacent areas, with peak winds estimated at 210 mph (340 km/h), killing 24 people (plus two indirect fatalities)[2][3] and injuring 212 others.[4] The tornado was part of a larger weather system that had produced several other tornadoes across the Great Plains over the previous two days, including five that struck portions of Central Oklahoma the day prior on May 19. The tornado touched down just northwest of Newcastle at 2:56 p.m. CDT (19:46 UTC), and stayed on the ground for 37 minutes over a 17-mile (27 km) path, crossing through a heavily populated section of Moore. The tornado was 1.3 miles (2.1 km) wide at its peak. It followed a roughly similar track to the deadlier 1999 Bridge Creek-Moore tornado, which was similar in size and severity; however, very few homes and neither of the stricken schools in the area had purpose-built storm shelters in the intervening years since the earlier tornado struck Moore.

When Moore, Oklahoma was decimated by the tornado on May 20, 2013; I couldn't keep myself from crying when I got the news that seven innocent children were killed by the tornado at Plaza Towers Elementary School. It was the second time I have cried over the deaths of young children; the first time was when I heard that twenty innocent children were murdered by a deranged madman at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut on December 14, 2012.
