I noticed there was quite the gathering of several hundred definitely-not-Anglicans outside the Cathedral on the Thursday afternoon before Easter. And yet, despite the Church's keenness to comment on other current events, not a word about something literally on this chap's doorstep. How strange.
The Queen has died. I live a mile away and I have not heard the bells ring/peel. Cathedrals around the realm have done so. Unless I am deaf, what is the excuse?
