Woohoo! I love county fairs, state fairs it’s such a great time with so many things to see and eat and speaking of eat, I would love a slice of the New York style pizza. Jordan that’s pretty good getting that Bob Ross and Garfield dolls two of my favorites. The sea lions were adorable. We actually make it a day at the fair and yes we love to go at the beginning of it to avoid the large crowds because towards the end of the fair run it’s wall to wall people. Can’t wait to go to ours out here. Thank you!

Really cool fair. LOVE that it wasn't busy for you. I wasn't sure about the dill pickle pizza but then you said you liked dill pickles on your grilled cheese and I suddenly got it! 22:00 in Evansville Indiana the first full week in October is the Nut Club Fall Festival with 125 food booths and rides. The people who attend the festival are divided by corn dogs or pronto pups. Pronto pups are hot dogs on a stick dipped in pancake batter and deep fried.

It's like the Texas State Fair on the first day. Always the best day to go if you don't care for gigantic crowds.

What a fun day with that beautiful weather to enjoy the outdoors. Loved all the animals too!

This reminds me of a smaller CNE (Toronto). We go every year on the second day because we get in for free (its called Warriors day - serving, retired and legacy family members of armed forces individuals get in for free before 12pm).
