You can check out "Charulata" which is also by Ray. Provides a beautiful insight into a house wife's mind whose husband is busy with his own work.

Very impressive essay! ❤👍 The story was by Narendranath Mitra, one of the greatest Bengali short story writer..who was a kind of specialist on middle class of Calcutta. Class habits, norms, aspirations ect have to be understood through works of such masters.
