To anyone who might be on the fence to trying Peaches - do it! As a college student living in Canada, I couldn’t afford to buy much; but I had tried so much since my acne popped out at 12 years old and really wanted to see one last time if I could help my skin before going on and doing very harsh and invasive things to it. I got on the phone with Lisa and she put me on a game plan that included things she’s talked about before like baking soda, milk of magnesia, and Monistat. I could only afford a single Peaches product at the time, especially because of the shipping fees to Canada, but guess what - when the package came in, they had added in extra product to make up for those fees! So for the past month or so, the only thing I had been using was the Classic Cleanser, Flawless Exfoliator, and Polish, along with the other things I mentioned. And let me tell you - it’s been years since my face has had this little redness, and my acne has not been this controlled since I was 12. I have never tried a product that has worked as well as the ones I am using now, so much so that I took extra money out of my budget to stock up on the moisturizer! Please, please, please, if you have acne or redness, try Peaches before you go in for a chemical peel, laser, or Accutane! It’s so worth it! I received some peaches product today and I tried them tonight, even with the few I had on hand, my face felt clean and fresh. I went to cosmetology school back in the 80’s and our instructor always corrected us when we said, “pluck” instead of tweeze. “you pluck a chicken and tweeze your brows”. 😂

This routine really only takes about a minute and a half in the morning and a minute and a half at night and you’re not always using everything. You are so right.....it does seem like a lot of steps but it takes absolutely no time at all to do them AND so worth it! I mix a little bit of the facial oil into the Peaches moisturizer and put it all over my body!! It feels so decadent!! Terry🧡 Good morning 🌞 Yes the “stubble “ is hormones. I get it! However I maintain my chin daily in the shower. I exfoliate and wash and shave while my cleanser is on my face. Don’t be afraid to do this. Shaving is safe and effective and healthy for the skin. It is an old wives tale that it grows back thicker. It’s thick because it already was corse hair. I have always felt shaving is the safest way to take care of the skin however, derma planing is not shaving and I don’t like how other influencers call it shaving. Derma planing is something done in a medical office and it is a surgical procedure done with a surgical blade under anesthesia and it is very serious matter. Shaving is the best way to get rid of hair on your face, especially after menopause on your chin or lip. Waxing can cause bacterial and fungal, infections and plucking can cause folliculitis. Because I believe everyone has normal skin I treat everyone’s skin the same and I have gotten the same result with hundreds and hundreds of thousands of clients. I have several videos on milk of magnesia. At night is when our body heals itself, and it is when the body purges out impurities through many of the organs, including the largest organ of the body, the skin . milk of magnesia helps pull everything out of the pores that are really hair follicles. Brenda 🧡 You are so kind! Every single time I apply serums or my classic moisturizer I apply it to my hands. I also mask them with Miracle Mask my brand. With that said take a little baking soda and water and gently rub in a circular motion for 10 seconds and rinse it after you’re done apply some Jamaican black castor oil and rub it in really good. Let’s start there. When you use your sunscreen and I am very particular about what kind, zinc oxide or zinc oxide and titanium dioxide ( Malin & Goetz and drmtology physical (Lisa20 ) apply that to your hands as well although I admit, I don’t necessarily do that every time 😉 Did this encourage you. Emma 🍑 You can use Miracle Mask anytime on exfoliated and clean skin. You can also put it on a mark all day long if you’d like and rub it in. However, at night I prefer you wear milk of magnesia or purifying acne stick that we will be making into a mask because it is so incredible. Good morning 🧡 Absolutely! Start with exfoliating the skin on their back ,anything I say to do with the back also works for the face. It is interconnected. However I would have them do a few different things on the face. Here is the protocol. 🍑Exfoliate with Peaches Flawless Exfoliator to loosen debris, sebum, dirt oil and Dead dry skin. 🍑Peaches Restore cleanser to kill bacteria and fungus 🍑baking soda- mix with a little water and make a paste and gently use for about 10-15 seconds on the back. This is to mimic micro dermabrasion done with crystals in our salons. It isn’t as strong as professional, but it will do the trick for now. This can be done often on the back, however only 1-2xs on the face. 🍑Peaches Apple cider vinegar toner or just plain apple cider from the bottle on a washcloth. It will stain the washcloth if white so be mindful. This will begin to kill bacteria and fungus. On the face use a wet wash cloth or make your own in a spray bottle with 3/4 apple cider vinegar in a quart of water. The skin on the back is a little tougher.. 🍑 I would also like them to drink apple cider vinegar one time a day for gut health. I do a half a shot glass and add water for the rest and then have water afterwards. Some people do Gummies and some people just do a couple tablespoons gut health is everything for beautiful skin 🍑Next apply Persagel by Clean & Clear. It is a time released, benzoyl peroxide and it is amazing. It will bleach their shirts, so you may want to do this overnight or have them wear a T-shirt between their clothes during the day. You only need a little bit, It goes along way. Do above AM & PM. At night do the protocol early in the evening. A couple hours later right before bed have them apply milk of magnesia, no flavor as a mask on their face and wear it to bed overnight. You don’t need a lot. Milk of magnesia can also be worn during the day, but they must wear to bed overnight. It is anti inflammatory, and incredibly healing and will draw all of the bacteria out. You can check in with me in a week and let me know how things are looking and you can also email me at lisa@peachesskincare.com or info@peachesskincare.com They will not see changes if they are not consistent. When I was a make over artist I noticed many of the models masking with it prior to having their make up done,and their skin was flawless. A famous lady wore it to bed every night and swore it was anti aging. I would have to agree. It is anti inflammatory, healing and helps the skin to purge out impurities. I swear it is why I have so few wrinkles and pore less skin. I have not missed a night in over 36 years. Castor oil is a wonderful and also anti aging. Castor oil has triglycerides that help to maintain moisture in the skin. I put my eye cream on after my nighttime routine early in the evening, and right before bed, apply castor oil over it. I have a question about the Milk of Magnesia. I cannot find one without Sodium hypochlorite in it. It is basically bleach. I live a very clean lifestyle and cannot imagine putting bleach on my skin; let alone in my body. What are your thoughts on this? Do you know of a brand without it? They reminded me that this is a product people ingest. There are a few that don’t use the sodium hypochlorite , but they are hard to find. So a couple questions about the products I saw you use a night product with retinol, but then you put your classic moisturizer over the top of that? I don't have the night cream yet. You never put moisturizer on your eyelids because your eyelids crease, and it can cause a fungal issue. It is why I only recommend castor oil at night. 🙌🏻🧡🍑
Trish 🧡 Welcome 🧡I hope you choose to stay. I have my clients use baking soda to Mimic when we do micro dermabrasion with crystals ( the right way😉) in our facials. It has no food benefit to the skin but it does help us to bring down the thick , callous layer that has built up on the skin. The callous keeps the skin from being healthy, looks dull and make line and dark spots seem worse. The callous alp prevents the skin from doing one of its jobs, purging, dirt oil and a dead dry skin and impurities. When you use baking soda and water as a paste and gently exfoliate the skin for about 10 seconds the results are pretty amazing. I suggest starting slow and seeing what your skin likes. You may have break out and bring up damaged skin but the healthy new tissue is right behind. I hope this makes sense ? I have been a holistic master esthetician for almost 4 decades. OK I've seen you apply the frownies in another video but my question is they will stick over the top of moisturizers and oils? Or is it because the milk of magnesia is drying over the top of all of those products and then that helps it to stick?

Amanda 🧡 Welcome. I hope you choose to stay. I do have several videos showing me using a baking soda and water paste. I have my client exfoliate gently after using certain skin care ( peaches) in the AM or PM. Baking soda helps mimic microdermabrasion done with crystals only. The goal, is to remove the thick callous layer of skin, so new healthy tissue can come be formed and come up. Anything other than crystals with micro dermabrasion is not micro dermabrasion and is very damaging to the skin. They are like files and create superficial tears in the skin were bacteria and fungus can be activated. I hope this helps and if you have any questions on your aesthetic journey just reach out to me. Hi again Lisa, do I need to purchase all of your products to get started? I truly believe that my skin is calloused over? I am 60 and started my skincare journey 4 mos ago. I use Lactic acid as my exfoliant; I use Rx tretnoin; (very low dose) and shave my face as well as derma rolling. Which I have stopped doing. And my under eyes are very dehydrated. I need help?? LOL I am a natural blonde/white hair and fair completed and deep marionette lines and saggy joules. Thank you 🙏 and sooo thankful I found you. You are adorable; so kind and seem 💯 % honest. I do wear makeup but only on Sunday’s to church and dr spots and or shopping. So not very often. I do wear sunscreen.

Baking soda mimics, micro dermabrasion that we do in the salon’s, not as strong, however good enough for at home. Perfecting polish is used in the shower. Perfecting Polish, refines the skin and lightens and brightens the skin. Perfecting polish can be used morning and night every day. @@thirdsister107 all the products are antioxidants ( food for your skin) so they all feed and create oxygenation. But massage is what creates true blood flow and oxygenation of skin cells and therefore collagen. Does that help?

Do you use any conductive gel on top of the serums when using microcurrent at home? I've got NuFace and the Truth Treatment NRGY device which is crazy powerful. Janet 🧡 Hello🍑 You can do your Nuface any time of day, there is no rule. I prefer the evenings after my PM routine and serums and eye crème and moisturizer. I like to do the Nuface at night before my Gua sha and facial yoga and massage. I use no gel , I feel the gel is not needed and a money grab. I base this on the fact we do Professional Micro Current in all three of our Holistic Skin Care Salons and have for about 35 years.
