The 2016 Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album went to Strictly Roots by Morgan Heritage representing Jamaica! This was the first time in a long time someone outside of the Marley family won this award. Morgan Heritage was formed in 1994 and has released 17 albums. Morgan Heritage’s first performance after receiving their Grammy was here in Atlanta, GA at the Terminal West February 18, 2016 and Caribbean Focus TV was there! Terminal West was packed with people dancing to the reggae vibes. Caribbean Focus TV was able to meet, interview, and watch the Grammy winning reggae group perform and we could not wait any longer to share this moment with you.
