the shift in perspective I love it. John couldn't escape his old view that worked a little for the time but never got us anywhere post Peyton. George feels like the guy
Amazing video. LOVED that the media team stepped up and did something new with Behind the Broncos, especially with it being Paton’s first offseason as GM (hopefully for years and years to come). Super hyped for this season.
@@Youknowitbby admittedly I didn’t watch a lotta Bronco games last season, so I don’t know the State of Drew Locke like y’all do, but we paid 7 mil for a 6th round pick and more importantly we got rid of Check Down Charlie. Although he’s walkin into a better situation than he had here, maybe dude has a breakout year... maybe?🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
@@ethancurrah5353 I'm a realist now not banking on Bridgewater to have a coming out season nor drew lock our situation is not ideal tbh. Best of luck with Sam "I see ghost" Darnold
This draft was perfection. Everyone of these guys starts and works in on the Broncos to this day. To shoot on every draft pick in their first year. That’s amazing
I'm a Chicago Bears fan first, but a Broncos fan second ever since you got Vic. Donatell and Munchak are best in the biz coaches at their respective positions. If they rave about Surtain and Meinerz, they are going to work magic with those guys. If you can get average QB play and injury luck, you will be a playoff team. Best secondary in the league.
I like your GM Bronco fans and I’m glad you guys had a really good draft, I’ll give Drew Lock 1 more chance to be a better QB he shows good potential just has to limit the turnovers. GL this season coming from a Bills fan
Still don't understand why they went for CB instead of QB. It's pretty unlikely Lock becomes good and Bridgewater is at best a top 25 QB. This is a roster that's ready to win now. But hey I'm not a Denver fan sooo
@@Thegoat-it1tq still would of went Fields personally. But that's my opinion and that's fine. I'd rather take a QB and keep all those draft assets+30 mill a year. But great for you guys, Wilson will be awesome
i jumped for joy when we didn't draft him. There have been 60 Qbs drafted in the 1st round since 2010. Only 15-17 have been worth the spot. Thats not a good success rate. AND Fields was my worst QB of the 4. I don't wish him a bad career, but I think he's gonna bust.
@@db212006 I see your point, but I think that Fields has a higher probability to be even good, than Lock to turn it around this year, Lock can be good, but Fields has the potential to be great
@@db212006 So keeping a player who has already busted is better than going with one who has a chance of it? There is no way this team beats the Chiefs with Lock at QB.
that’s what i thought at the beginning but you watch some film, you see that surtain is probably the best defensive player in the draft. he’s polished to a point that you just don’t see coming out of college. qb is one thing, but surtain was the best guy available, can’t be mad about that
Well needed culture change pumped for this season. We as Broncos fans have endured much pain these past couple of years, the shift of brighter days might be in our presence.
@@Rickysfoods I’ll be the first to say i love lock so much but I feel like it’s tough to pass on fields. I’m telling myself that they passed on him because of his seizures and that surtain will lock tyreek hill for us but idk how I feel about the pick.
@@Bletcher make sense to have depth in our cb group because of the division we in. If lock can give a 3500 25-10 season I'm good with that. Main thing lock needs to do is stop the turnovers. I read he trained he's ass off this off season with Peyton.
@@Rickysfoods i heard that too. It gives me hope man. I mean obviously I want Aaron cuz he might be my fav of all time behind Peyton. But if we have to give up chubb and 2 firsts plus like surtain i say no
