An Expansive Prospect looks at four places in the world, capturing the efforts of individuals, communities, and institutions as they strive together to release the society-building power of the Bahá'í Teachings in ever-greater measures.
@@fookyeewong3912 I am new to Baha'i, since today. I heard Rain Wilson inthusiastically tell about his devotion to the world individually. I expect that he uses phones. Be well Yee Wong!
Several portions of this video brought me to tears. To witness the transformative power of Baha'u'llah's words in action gives me a great sense of longing for wanting this in my own neighbourhood and inspires me. Thank you for showing us what the potential can be in my own neighbourhood.
I live in a apartment house subsidized by my country government, the USA. The rules in this building with 80 apartments in it are very strict. It seems that I cannot play a musical instrument or sing because because it is considered noise and and one of the rules is called quietude. But I want to find a group nearby that I could be of service to, and who could serve me by helping me feel worthy of life.
@@terrypatterson7992 I live in rural Australia. I've invited everyone to trimestral meetings/potluck. We get about 15-30 people show up every time. People long for connection
This film pour more love to my heart. Very inspiring and insightful. This community building process through spiritual education is the prime mover of World's Unity!
What a moving, inspiring and encouraging testimony of what can be done when people come together united in their vision and intention to build a better world, starting with conversations and connecting with others in their own neighbouhoods, villages, streets. Am truly inspired to do the same in my own neighbourhood!
Audio descriptions are powerful for everyone, doing what is just will help many more than you can imagine. Audio description and close captioning can both be translated into multiple languages as well, reaching even more people. Thank you, I look forward to sharing audio described videos with many!
Love this film 🎥 watched it for youth night, very wonderful film to learn and also ver insightful. Seeing progress of bah'u'llah's vision in different villages and community is so amazing 🎉🥰
What fantastic film. Touching, moving, and inspiring to see the friends around the world engaging as protagonists in Baha'u'llah's vision for humanity.
The song at the beginning is the same we used to use in our neck of the woods for a very different purpose than accompanying children to school. Grateful to replace it with an infinitely greater purpose
One amazing characteristic of the people in this film is that no one use handphone, no one seems to have a hand phone. We know that Baha'is abstinence from Drugs and Alcohol. Here in this film, we see that Baha'is also abstinence from a 3rd thing: Abstinence from Mobile Phones.
I am so saddened that as a blind person I was prohibited from sharing in this video/film. Please, could one of the social changes implemented be to add audio description so that all Baha'is can share? The nine-year plan talks about removing barriers that prevent us from building vibrant communities. Lack of audio description is a barrier, and makes me feel discarded by the Baha'is that produced this.

The makers of this film did not follow the International Accessibility Standards. Consequently, there is no Audio Description for Blind users. This is sad given the Teachings of the Baha’i Faith and the examples of Abdul-Baha where we know that his attention, care, and focus, was on Unity and Justice, and always on Inclusion of those who were considered to be marginalized people, including those with disabilities. I urge you to turn off your monitor and watch with audio only as a Blind Person would be forced to participate. We can and should do better about Including People with Disabilities in the Year 2023!
