It’s very controversial and exposing to people he’s worked with and people who have experienced what he is speaking of. So it wouldn’t be right to put someone else’s business out there like that even if he’s not naming them. Thankfully Manny never allowed such things to happen to him and he prevented it from ever being his story to tell. But he just gave the idea that hey... stuff happens and sometimes it’s because these guys sign up for it and know what’s happening.

@@Mrs.AlbaRamos OMG Manny is so right. My boyfriend used to be an actor in the theater scene in NYC and i mean the stories of SH/SA is crazy. Definitely 'He Two' situations for a lot of the men. But nobody every talks about that. People just assume it was ok to do certain things. Definitely not a safe environment to be around, and he left.

I love how manny touched on modeling industry and that its not as glamorous as many ppl make it out to be, also touching on having a certain body image that will book you or not book you jobs as well as how the hustle and struggles are different in other cities , the intersectionality of having to balance social work life & the struggles that come within the industry that not many ppl touch on as well as balancing personal life off of it especially when you have a partner and kids. Wow I needed this so much. My husband and I are working towards a goal and like Alba said when you’re working towards one thing the other thing starts to lack. And having kids makes everything so much harder. What doesn’t kill you only makes you so much stronger! Fun fact - I met my husband when Alba first started making videos in 2010-2011 and I always would watch youre videos after I’d had date night with him lol. Would love to see the video your husband mentioned you were working on. I’ve been with my husband for over 20 years and marriage definitely goes through seasons. But good things definitely come out of those moments. It is a lot of hard work, but the positive change and growth that eventually comes from that is so worth it. Just have to stick with it, nothing comes easy.

Have you ever tried milling your own flour?? Game changer! When you mill it fresh it has ALL the nutrients in it!! We use the mock mill100 and it only takes like a minute or two to mill for recipes!

I am Mexican-American and I grew up eating empanadas generally made with sweet fruits, etc but we also make them with poultry. I have Dominican friends and I believe Pastellitos are mostly from poultry. But I could be wrong. Either way both ways are SO deliciosos!! Much 🫶🏼 for all our Latina familias!
