Hey, at 36:47, I can tell you they just boiled the egg for too long. It's not rotten coming from personal experience where I've forgotten eggs on the stove or just forget to ice bath them. When they cook for a bit, the yolk will somewhat change colors and affect the white's well whiteness.

39:06 as someone who is currently working at Pet Store, I always get sad seeing the betas section. The store I work at only sells pet supplies, bettas, and sometimes a cat. Around 1-4 betas die every day because of the poor living conditions. I actually met my current beta fish named bass at my store and I couldn't just let my dream fish die so the same day I met her I adopted her ❤️ she is now happily living in a tank by herself with as much stuff I can get her to help her live a happy and long life

Betta fish can be sold in shallow tiny tanks because they naturally live in a habitat that gets flooded often, and they HAVE to be able to survive in the little pools they get washed up into. They don't thrive, but they can get by. Pet companies are only concerned with recomending the bare minimum.

Agreed on the petstore thing. I've had pet rats in the past, and the only cage options at the local petstores were so bad, my Dad and I just made our own rat cage. Of course, still had to frequent the places because supermarkets don't sell rat food, but I do plenty of my own research beforehand because so many products petstores sell just aren't acceptable for pets.

I thought I’d add my experience today for this video. I went to a sports bar and ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only, and the meat well done. Got my burger, the meat was SUPER pink. Told the waitress about the meat, and they took it back to fix it. They brought it back, and it was still super pink. Told her again, and they brought back another burger, STILL PINK, and with everything else I didn’t ask for on the burger like lettuce tomato mayo and mustard. At that point, I just ate my fries as my whole meal. I don’t blame them, the place was super busy, but dang… 3 times…

Yeah, I would highly suggest not using Hello Fresh, they have been known to send people unusable ingredients. When they send ingredients that are well within their dates it's actually not too bad, but the quality of ingredients is so wildly inconsistent that I would never recommend them, try their competitors. I haven't had that problem with other brands before, Hello Fresh is the only brand I've ever seen shipping straight up rotten and expired ingredients before.

Whenever I use Amazon I only buy from sellers I know or can otherwise find a review for. Ever since I started doing that, I have not had a problem. Seriously, if you want something, take a few minutes to go to RU-vid and type in the product, see if anyone else has bought it. You’ll probably find something and get to see someone’s actual experience with the product. If you can’t find anything don’t risk it. And if you got the link from someone who did or the seller themselves who you know isn’t scamming you, you shouldn’t have a problem Honestly it’s probably good advise for any online shopping
