I know I'm late, but your videos are honestly one of the best out there! These basic information are not known to the casual player, so it's really nice of you to make a guide on them.
Hey, thanks Derakon! I'm glad you found my videos to be helpful in some way. I have more in the works, but my motivation is not always there, 😂 so you're feedback really helps! 🙂
1:48 unless you're me and call Echo cabin radar. 6:24 not entirely true. It can be crafted in Founders faction, if player played during Return of the Founders battle pass. 9:28 I would also mention that it has very high durability (it has more hp than colossus for example). Other than that very good video
I know it's under weapons, but I thought you'd mention the tracking system Enlightenment. I'm still trying to figure out how to incorporate it into a build. It's kind of tricky, like the verifier. & I'm not sure if you can use it without a radar or radio. I mostly rock the Doppler. Oh, & the Verifier is craftable under Founders, but I guess new players can't get that faction.
Yeah, there are several items that act similar to a radar such as the TS-1 HORIZON and the NEUTRINO which are technically scopes, So I decided to stick with just the one category. I'm hoping to eventually review all items in the game, so thanks for the reminder!
Thanks man! I took a break from editing recently, but I plan on picking it back up soon. I have a cooler guide as well as other videos in the works. I will put your suggestion on my to-do list. 🙂
Hey there. I recently fused my mexwell, and it is now nearly as good as a not fused doppler. Just wanted to share this info. Also you could mention the high durability of the mexwell and the doppler. Love your vids and kkeep it up!
When you detect an enemy, it shares the info with others... but, it works the same when you detect a mine? your friends can see it on the floor? or is it only for your sight? Great video, we needed this, thanks a lot
@@TCS23 Yeah, for the moment. But i bought a pack with the yongwang grenade launcher and i'm trying to learn how to play it eventho its really hard to use.
Ahh, yes! I forgot about the Co-Driver, thanks for mentioning it! Yeah, scopes have LOS detection which is a handy little feature. I wouldn't use it as a replacement though, since they cost 1 energy and they don't have the best durability. I'll probably do a review of those at some point, we'll see. 🙂
The simple answer is no. Example: Lets say you and a teammate are 100m apart and both of you have an enemy next to you. If you have a radio then your teammate will see you and your opponent on his radar, but if your teammate does not have a radio you will only see your teammate and not the player he is fighting. The radio does not detect enemies, it just transmits or shares what you see to your teammates. It also extends the distance you can be from your teammates and still be able to share info.
I actually agree with you, I don't think the radio is radar, but if you look at the tech tree under radars they classify it as one. That's why I included it.
@@TCS23 huh. i think they put it in the tech tree to save some space as it would be a bit weird to have a whole dedicated tech tree for one item. perhaps there will be one in the future, but the radio is NOT a radar.
