Compassion and love are missing from most poor city areas, and the government doesn’t want to do anything productive to change the environments that manifest violent crimes. Decriminalize drugs, provide public healthcare for all, and create job training programs, and violent crime will decline. The real creator of drill music is actually Waka Flocka. Chief Keef made it popular but he even said in an interview when he first came out that he was heavily inspired by Waka’s music. If you look back at Waka old music you’ll find the drill type beats and cadence in the music before anyone knew what drill was.
