*Just* *as* *data:* In Korea, the boys/men are very close and affectionate among them (they even have the confidence to say each other "I love you" as brothers) and in the West in general that could mean that they are gay (and that isn't a problem, but we can't label them like that just because we see those attitudes), very feminine or even too cute, but for them that is very normal, the same thing happens with the deal between girls, but it's part of their culture, we just have to be open-minded 😊 💙 Edit: I'm not saying that some of them can't be gay, I'm just saying that we should not get carried away by that attitude, since for example there can be very masculine gay men ^^ in any way, their sexuality is their personal issue and we don't have to be involved in their decisions 💕

I cried so hard when Tae talked about his grandma, I was also raised by mine, and I couldn´t imagine life without her, is so sad that she couldn´t watch him shine as the artist he is today, but also I couldn´t handle to see this precious boy cry, God bless him, and his family.

He is the second oldest member of the group and he feels responsible for them. V had language problems often because he grew up countryside and speak with "dialect". Suga always helped him out and translated for the other members what V wanted to say. There was also a moment on stage when V stuttered and got frustrated and ashamed. dongsaeng is the Korean word for a younger sibling. age is a huge deal in korea so guys are supposed to call older guys that they're close with "hyung" which is older brother, that's why in some videos and translations you'll see members' names with the word "hyung" beside it. the "hyung line" is the 4 older members of BTS (Jin, Suga, J-hope, RM) and the "maknae line" (maknae meaning the youngest in a group) is the 3 younger members (Jimin, V, Jungkook)

Just FYI: In Korea, skinship (skin + friendship) is encouraged to create a stronger friendship, and most koreans do it with their friends starting in school (sitting on each other's laps, having their arms around each other etc.) 😊 Although it almost never happens between boys and girls. Also personal space isn't really the same as it is in America, it's very common for people to squeeze up right beside each other in a small space. Just a difference in culture ☺

I really hate that i gotta bring it up cause y’all know how f r a g i l e males masculinity is in America. I really don’t know if Brisxlife is like this but I’ve seen a lot of male reactors who are in general really sensitive to “affection between males” and just go full lengths to call guys gay and demonize them for it. Just wanna let y’all know who are like this which could OR could not be Brisxlife that almost every culture other than America regularly have more male between male affection, I mean i’m talking about from Middle East all the way to East Asia. Especially in South Korea, Korean males AND females are much much more affectionate toward each other. What people here in the US find undoubtably “fruity” is just the common norm in SK. Don't be afraid to show emotions, it takes a real man to show that side of yourself. You have nothing to be ashamed of, and that is one of the biggest message that BTS supports and lives.

For context, regarding his grandmother, where he intends to surprise him on tv but failed to do so. "Music Bank" is a music chart television programs which awards top ranking songs based on digital charts, album sales, frequency of broadcast and viewrs choice. The Number 1 song on the chart is the winner of that week's chart and receives an award. V was looking forward to surprising his grandma with their performance, their win and possibly shouting out to her when he get the chance to deliver a speech. It was really heartbreaking!

I started sobbing when V was talking about his grandmother because I lost mine when I was 3 and I didn't get that long with her I only had her for 3 years but she would always read us stories and she been dead for 10 years and I believe she is watching over me.

Taehyung holds a special place in my heart. I don't know what it is about him but dang my he pulls at my heartstrings. I think its because he is so innocent, but deep down he is just plain funny. Plus that voice!!!! love his voice!!!! I don't have a bias, it changes from day to day but he is just too cute!!!

just an FYI in case you havnt already noticed from what you can see ((I'm not Korean)) but in Korean tv and media, it's not frowned upon for guys to be touchy in a way that in America you'd be called gay for. so just know you'll see that a lot with Korean guys sometimes and from what I'm told it's normal and no big deal
