An Outdoor Enclosure for my Russian Tortoise

Unless there is a torrential downpour rain is not an issue. There is a drainage hole in the tub that allows excess water to drain. Rain also help keep the live plants watered and the water bowl full. We live in an area that gets cold so the tub is only a Summer enclosure so we have a cold weather enclosure inside. (and in the event the weather during the Summer is not acceptable).
