We did it! We bought our dream truck. This is going to be the rig we take on our Pan American adventure. We have a lot in store for this thing, so subscribe and come along for the journey!!
I'm an old school dude, born in 74 and I've been all about toyotas since the day I started giving a S about cars and trucks, Forever!! Your future videos are next level Bitchin.
Pretty exciting! Ha, yeah a lot more living room than the Yeti that's for sure! It'll get 4x4 swapped for remote travel, definitely some wheeling, but probably not the Rubicon ;)
Congrats on finding such a clean unicorn she’s beautiful, as many have mentioned already I would also keep her name as ‘gypsie wheeler’ looking forward to seeing the build progress and of course the adventure have fun guys cheers
My first Toyota was a used 1975 SR5 pickup. With the 20R. I was 16 when I bought it. Ran the piss out of it and drove it like a 16 year old and it never let me down. Stoked for you guys.
@@ToyotaWorldRunners thanks for commenting nice to see you watch over your channel. I was keeping an eye driving in Nanaimo after getting off the ferry on our way to Port Hardy to do some fishing. I haven’t watched all your videos yet but working on it. Should have done it in chronological order but somehow I failed lol.
Absolutely super sweet 🙌🏽 deal of a lifetime guys, congrats. As far as I can see it looks pretty well taken care of thats for sure... Go with the name 'Gypsy Wheeler' can't wait for the build. Tbh, I am looking to do something similar in design for my 1stgentundra by way of getting a Eagle pop-up truck camper. Wish me luck!🏜 -Grey
We have a 75' that's great but has an issue with the front tires rubbing against inside of wheel wells when cornering on uneven pavement. Any idea what could be causing that?
The chinook picked its name for you! Keep the gypsy wheeler!!! I picked up a 74 weekend model. 100% complete. 64k miles. Just need a new carb. Good luck on the build! I’ll be watching. Wanting a 4x4 swap as well!
Love your concept travelers! Let's be connected together on social media - can't wait to share your best experiences to the community #vanlife. All the best for the next adventures ❤
Wow so amazing to see where it all began ..... could you have even imagined how far you would eventually go in this home on wheels at this point here!? BRAVO
YYYEEEESSSSS!!!!!!! Congrats guys. I would keep the name. I would have it weighed to see how much heavier than your other rigs if any. to see if you are going to need a power increase. Can't wait to see what you both make of your new place together:).
Nice! I guess you’ll have to put a front axle in during your build to make sure that you can reach those epic campsites. Stoked for you and I know you two will have a blast.
