Oh dang. That last line made me tear up. "This person that's standing right here, I invented this person." So true and profound.

Change is a direction not a destination. Always love yourself for where you are and how far you’ve come even 1 inch is so much more than zero .

There is suffering in a run like this, but he runs for those who "don't have the chance to do what I do". Thanks for the reminder that we do hard things to show our gratitude for the life we get to live.

This guy is impressive! I cried so much watching this. I can relate to his story, I was depressed at 16 and I almost take my own life. This guy shared his story in a raw and open way, he's incredibly strong not only physically but also mentally. It takes so much courage and vulnerability to share something like that. We need stories like these to be shared, we need more men and young men to open up, share their stories and be vulnerable. We need to raise more awareness about depression, suicide, and addiction. I started running last year and that helped me grow mentally and reduced my anxiety. Running is beautiful and powerful, this guy is powerful. I'm so happy he made it!

Its very interesting how can running be a therapy. How physical pain and struggle of a long run can erase the mental pain within. One simple pain to remove the other complex. Magic before our eyes.

The irony is he's abusing his body under the guise of positivity, obsessively focusing on running like an addict. He feels he deserves the pain. He's only twenty and still doesn't understand none of it's his fault. He'll keep chasing that runner's high.
