Thank you for this invaluable content. My biggest insight is that I’m writing my cover and resume for a junior position when I’m really at an executive level. I’ve been out of the work place for a little while and didn’t value everything I brought to the table. Today Im revising my resume and my mindset. ❤
Many executive level applications are now recent college graduates. So much has changed with Covid, it’s necessary to refresh your skills and credentials to stay competitive. For example, it’s important to be very well trained in the current aspects of sustainability-what makes an economy sustainable, how to environmental sustainability chances affect or intersect with the local, state, national and international economies? An executive who doesn’t know what Norway is doing with these topics right now (or what Sweden is doing differently from Norway), isn’t going to be able to bring future-proof vision to any organization.
Yes, the interview is the most challenging part. I tend to always do well (at least, I believe I do! lol), but I still get very nervous and over-prepare (overthink). I'm enjoying your videos. I have an interview for a CEO position next week, and I'm gaining valuable insight from your videos. Thank you!
