To connect modules you need to back the Seatruck into the module you want to connect to the back of it, to get the storage module off of the iceberg you're gonna want to launch the Seatruck out of the water while backing up into the storage module, to do this you'd wanna hold s and space at the same time, it would then just tilt into the water thanks to the weight of the Seatruck.
