Merry christmas yall! Busy season in more ways than one, and really appreciate you putting out an episode. Appreciate everything really, so much work just in the last year, let alone the whole length of the podcast. Aziz, ashaya, sean, the enthusiasm each of you brings is what brings this community back each week. I cant speak for everyone, but the three of you have an earnestness that made me care about these books more than the memes ever could. Only started watching you guys this year, but already looking forward to more.
Great discussion - some very intriguing possibilities for TWoW & a great insight into George's writing process. I like seeing the roads not travelled - and the Balon vs Arys battle that was replaced by Hotah vs Arys has me wondering if George wants to split the current-era KG (similar to what he's done with the Dance, maybe?) as part of the fall of the Lannisters. Will definitely be thinking over all of this during my next re-read. Happy holidays all & can't wait to see what 2024 brings! Thanks once again :)
