I feel the same. Traveling did help me relaxed a bit. And, a bit of changing in lifestyle also helped! I guess sometimes, we just need to change and adjust a little along the way.
Hey here, my friend. I am currently in Jiangxi province China and planning on visiting the border region of Jiangxi and Hunan.
