I fell nostalgic watching how weak characters were compared on how strong they are now in the matua.

Funny thing that this moment aired in April.

In this anime, I like how characters are not exaggeratedly powerful. For example an environmental object does not crumble when a character is slammed into it.

The fact there was an entrance group with 2 princesses of Jahad, 2 of the 13 month series weapons, a red witch and 2 irregulars. In an entrance exam.... This was a cataclysmic event in terms of the tower, I genuinely cannot believe how a ranker wasn't sent to exterminate the entire floor, at least in the context we're given later on to suggest its a highly unusual event.

This fight is so significant in the entire history of the tower for in series lore. Someone born with the blood of zahard, a chosen princess, 2 of the 13 month series, 2 irregular, and (I believe) 1/6th of an ancient elemental beast, not to mention the rest of the noteworthy characters of course. I guess I get really caught up in the world building of this particular series
