Optimum protein intake really needs to be sorted out. Prof. Luc's information is excellent but their are also studies which indicate that "lower" protein, especially BCAA may extend life. Obviously for transient conditions which require increasing protein intake. For the small fraction of us that will do it, we need tools that will monitor percent body fat and percent muscle. Also, as an older person who is dealing with sleep issues, the guidance is to not eat/snack within 2 to 4 hours before bed.
I see most of your students lack energy, enthusiasm, and 'star'. They're knowledgeable, but boring in explaining. Teach them basic public presentation skills.
I love all the scientific data presented in this series. But I also look so forward to the snippet at the end of inspiring older individuals. This lady’s joy is contagious!
