Completing the Grand Diplôme at Le Cordon Bleu in 2013, Anahita Dhondy went on to help launch SodaBottleOpenerWala in New Deli with restaurateur A. D. Singh. Since launching the first site, as Chef Partner she has been instrumental in the brands expansion as well as becoming a voice in the industry, both in India and globally.
As a member of the Chefs' Manifesto she has spoken at UN summits and has also been honoured with the Young Chef India award and the Times Food Award, and more recently, featuring on the 2019 Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list.
