Each for 15 minutes Take 10 to 15 ml of lactulose during the night Also some amout of isabgol power with sufficient glass of water Apply ointment before and after poop Immediate sitz bath after poop !! Add papaya to your daily break fast!!! And see the result in 7 to 10 days

I have been dealing with chronic fissures from last 2 years. They do get healed but every year especially during winters I get it back . This time its been too painful, not even able to go to office from 2 weeks. Your video was really detailed and describes everything perfectly. Brother you are a legend. Im very very thankful for your video. There’s a bunch of nonsense out their in regards to this issue. Especially here in Canada where healthcare is absolutely garbage and they do everything to avoid spending time and money on you like surgery. I’ve been struggling with this issue for a year now and they keep prescribing me nifedipine ointment and telling me drink water and eat high fibre. Even though I only eat vegetables now and drink 3 litres of water a day plus sitz bath as well. I will now book my ticket and get the surgery done in my home country from a reputable specialist. Shamu you are a legend brother. Guys, don’t listen to anyone, shamu is right on everything he has mentioned in this video. I struggled 2 years with this problem. Once your sphincter goes into spasm. Your fissure will not heal. I just had open lateral sphincterotomy done 3 weeks ago and now I’m completely back to normal. Do not be afraid of this surgery. Nothing else will fix this problem if it has become chronic. Just make sure you get it done by a qualified surgeon with experience in anorectal surgeries. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Great video. Each and every question in mind is very well explained in this video. I was always seeking someone who can properly tell me about my problem, but doctors, surgeons don't have time to explain. May be when surgery done, then the surgeon tells me about everything because he got paid for that. Thank you so much sir. Nicely explained. I have Fissure. and I had a lot of pain and even had bleeding daily for a month continuously until I started laxative syrup for soft stool. I had sigma endoscopy done and Fissure was detected . But doctor said surgery is not yet needed . Even though I suffer a lot of pain. It had also effected my mental health.

I have been suffering from fissure badly for more than three months. I tried ointment since I have felt that my anal inner area had been cut due to hard stool. At the same time I have change my food habit. For the last three months I don't have taken any protein and not taken single piece of meat or fish. Besides I used to take fruits & water as much as I can take simultaneously used to take Ishabgul at night. I did this routine for last three months but no results come negative, every morning in time of my daily work I feel pain & sometimes blood in stool & whole the day I have to bear a tolerable pain & uneasiness till night & and after the defecation of next morning the same uneasiness and pain continue. My social life was fully disturbed, I avoid 5 marriage ceremony & 2 office party & I had to restrain myself to go relatives house also during these days. I was totally disappointed that my life perhaps comes to an end at the age of 34. Still I didn't visit to doctor. But when I watched this video, I decided that I will try this " Warmth Sitz Bath" with proper dedication strictly 4 times @20 minutes each time. After 7 days of this practice, I myself feel the difference & perhaps I could see the path of healing. After next 4-5 days the healing process was gone very fast . After two weeks I feel as normal as before. Thank you very much for this video. Now I am normal.

@@bratishabiswas5881 mine got cured,not completely I'm still taking warm sitz bath and applying boroline and eating lots of fibres it's not painful now but yes when it was painful i took some laxative and warm sitz bath 4 times now it's healing I'm taking sitz bath one time only and lots of fibre in diet it's perfectly fine now
