I'm getting close to losing all 20 pounds from the pandemic. Only three more pounds to go, and two more weeks to get there. I have already bought a bunch of unsalted nuts from Costco. I get to practice my willpower for two weeks letting the nuts sit on the shelf. Once I get down to 170 pounds, I will carefully start adding calories to my diet. I am shooting for 1500 calories at first, and I will see if I can eat 2000 calories a day eventually. This is a lot of calories for someone like me that spends a lot of time on the computer or doing things sitting down. Stay tuned.
