Nothing's wrong with analog, but it's vital that afterwords things are digitized and backed up offsite. If a fire is going to happen in that studio everything will be lost forever.

The friction the needle experiences while reading the analog recording provides a low tone that gives the audio a soft quality that vinyl fans like.

The worst thing about studios in New York is how tiny they are. Personally I'd leave town to record in a bigger, more spacious analog studio. The b3 organ is cool, ill admit, but a Wurlitzer/Rhodes would be cooler~
