Man, this lady officially has by far the highest quality content about dogs on RU-vid, also most educational content. Amazing stuff! No other channel gives you this kind of experience.
I swear to god, Preacher is one of the most beautifull dogs i´ve seen in my entire life. I simply can´t get enough of him. Not to say the rest of your dogs arent awesome and beatifull, they really all are. But to me Preacher is just even more gorgeous. I´d do everything for such a beauty. Really fell in love!
I wash and dry dogs as a job and it's just amazes me sometimes the amount of dogs who will resort to biting or scratching so quickly.. just shows people dont train their animals well and let bad behaviours get out of hand. I wish everyone took the time to make such collected well mannered pooches like you
You trained them so well! I’m from Canada and just got a Cane Corso. People here would not be so calm with 3-5 Canes running around their dogs so I need them to be this well socialized. Great job!!
freaking awsome, people like you show the world that big powerfull dogs aint monsters. awsome job. i live in Sweden but i am sure that this and the other videos that you have is going to show people around the world that its just a matter off training and socialsing, awsome job.
So nice to see well behaved dogs of their leads and having a good time within boundaries. Dogs need structure and discipline to truly be happy. They've evolve to this point alongside humans so closely that without proper direction from us, their anxiety and frustration can be intense without proper leadership, and of course truckloads of love. Hands down one of the most amazing creatures on this planet. Our partnership with them has helped us both become much stronger and better than if either had gone it alone.
You have very good trained and socialized dog,I love your calm but assertive way you handle your dogs and you do not missjudge other dog owners, which I appreciate, too.
Preacher looks like he would simply put the hurt down if needed! PERFECTION!!! Reminds me of how majestic my eldest, Husky/Wolf- hybrid looked in his Prime.
Just binge watched so many of your videos. Not only am I obsessed with all the dogs but obsessed with the way you interact with them and the information you share. Thanks for these videos they’re awesome !
Thankyou so much for doing these, explaining everything that you do, I have developed a fear of dogs, because I don't know what their behaviors mean, so I immediately get nervous when I get around one that I don't already know. I am beginning to understand the social interactions, it is mind blowing how much is going on in their little dog world, I had no idea! Thanks again!
I Have 10 Wolfdogs And Their Names Are Bella,Charlie,Ruby,Max,Coco,Teddy,Molly,Toby,Daisy,And Bailey.Bella And Charlie Are The Alphas,Ruby And Max Are The Betas,Coco And Teddy Is The Detas,Molly And Toby Is The Gammas(Babysitters),And Last But Not Least Daisy And Bailey Are The Omegas,They Are The Last To Eat
Ive been watching your videos for about a week now. Thank you. I appreciate that you lay the signs of aggression and dog behavior. I love your dogs and appreciate you sharing.
4:50-4:55 Almost took my breath away. Preacher moves like a Panther. So incredibly beautiful to watch. 💨💨💨 Gone like the wind... I am binge watching all the earlier videos missed and couldn't be happier!!!
I love your dogs . You have trained them very well. You take great care of them . If my dad was alive he would say the same thing . He was a veterinarian. I love the breed of dogs you have and I got nothing but respect for you and for what you do.
I commented on your video before under a different name but I recently made my youtube just for my dog because I love him that much...But i just want to let you know once again i appreciate all the information you give... my pit is 8months and has not been to a dog park yet... But what i appreciate is the signs you give of dominance from other dogs and how you can catch it before it gets serious...But once again enjoy the channel and the content...keep doing what you are doing
These videos are awesome and super helpful! I have a very other dog friendly lab, after watching these I wonder if she’s ever dominant. I wish more people knew as much about behavior as you do or more people made these helpful of videos!!
It's sad that most dog owners are not giving their dogs enough play time. My last dog, required 2 trips to the dog park 2 hours each time. Along with with daily walks. Once we was worn out! The training could start. He was such a stubborn German Spits! My he RIP. This dog made me a better parent. Because he needed a strict schedule to be happy. Just like most children. Love seeing your videos and you're beautiful dogs.
I have 5 little dogs. They’re a pack too. But my chihuahua is the tiniest of all of them and he’s like the leader of them all. He sets his boundaries too. You’re so right about small dogs !!
I love watching Blondie's wiggle booty when she walks! They're such cuties! Watching your videos helps me with my confidence and no nonsense with my doggo. You guys are great!
I wish my 10-year-old Papillon accepted medium-large dogs sniffing on him as well as your puppies. Your dogs are so lovely and confident at the dog park!
All ur dogs are so amazingly beautiful...preacher is like the poster child of cane corso...but for some reason i am soooo obsessed with blondie...i feel a connection with tht lil beautiful girlie...and i kno ive said it before but u are such an amazing dog owner....i wld love to b a part of ur pack😊❤thank u so much for ur channel
I just found ur channel over the weekend. I am learning more from you compared to reading books and watching other channels. Keep up the good work. Ur awesome!
Senza Tempo Cane Corso absolutely! I love your channel you offer so much helpful information, you’re a responsible breeder, and you have so much love and respect for your dogs. I can’t wait to see how far you guys go.
Your videos are amazing. Your dogs are so beautiful and well behaved, you seem so calm - it’s relaxing to the viewers lol. And you know your dogs and cars. I need you to adopt me as your lil sister lol.
5:47 Is it possible the dog is reacting to the owner's discomfort? This is exactly why I have stayed away from the dog park. I don't want to be the lady who's dogs are trying to protect her. She did seem kind of anxious. Thanks so much for these dog park videos. I will be a better doggy-mamma for your sharing.
i love the "inappropriately dominant" term you used. my male gsd is exactly that. if you don't mind i'm gonna borrow that to describe him in the future
Out of curiosity how would you've approached it if it was one of your dogs biting at other dogs like that wolfhound mix was? Verbal reprimand and a "hand bite" to snap them out of it? Or put them in submission? Never seen a dog do something like that before so curious as how to address it! Ironically I don't have a dog because I can't financially afford one so your babies give me that fix! Plus it's good to brush up on dog training should I ever be in the position to financially take care of one 😊
If that was one of her dogs she would have corrected it for sure. You see Blondie get even a tiny bit aggressive trying to bully that small dog and she corrects it? Can you imagine if Blondie was actually biting? Probably would have dominated the dog to teach it a lesson, but I dont know.
I wish our parks were like this. In Washington DC despite numbers of dogs parks are small and typically gravel or cheap AstroTurf that messes up our dogs paw pads. He’s a hard running GSD who cuts tighter than the best nfl running back so it’s not like we can take him and not let him prance around. Grass is best surface but it’s like pulling teeth with the city
My dog had a group of friends. Mastiff and labs. My Pittbull's buddies. She got attacked by a Jack Russell Terrier. He bit her nose drew blood. My Amstaff went nuts. Luckily my friend was tall and plucked the Jack Russell out of my dogs mouth. She was shaking it. The pack was turning on it in defense of my dog. Terrifying.
Your dogs are so lovely. I'm really sic k of the amount of people who have cane Corso and have no idea how to read body language. My dog got attacked by a cane Corso yesterday. Dog kept trying to hump him. He gave one air snap to get him off his back and he was at my dogs bevk trying to kill him. My dog slipped away and he went after him and attacked him a second time
Hi , im new to your channel and was wondering if you could please do a video for first time cane corso owners as me and my mum are interested in getting one as we love the breed so much and have not had any type of big dog like this before , we have in the past had a Jack Russell and Labrador so we have no experience with guard type dogs.
I adopted a 1 and a half year old terrier Shepard mix and he’s shown to be very dominant at the dog park and I can’t get him to listen once he’s excited or seen another dog. What would you recommend?!
Hi! I know this video is old, but hoping you will respond :) I have a 1.5 year old pitty mix who is the dog park favorite lol every dog loves him and he loves every dog. We are rescuing a 4.5 month old am staff who is a fear reactive at first to new dogs (during the introduction to my dog I saw this and foster mom told me), but then he warms up quickly. Just wondering the best approach for dog park entries one day?....we will definitely be bringing him around other well socialized dogs first to build his confidence. But I’m not sure how to go about that initial of park entry, as that is when his fear aggression will be peaked
Great video! Your analysis of dog behavior is great, I really enjoy learning through your videos. I am curious about your opinion on the recent find with grain free dog food. The FDA came out with a warning saying it could cause dialated cardiomyopathy. Currently we feed our dog grain free because she is picky and seems to like it more, but I am a bit concerned. Looking for a second opinion on this :)
We have a 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. We got her from a reputable breeder. She is well exercised (an hour of walking a day or more) and we took her to training with a reputable trainer (not Petsmart). However, we suspect she leans towards the dominant end of the spectrum. She is not agressive, but other dogs lick her on the face and roll to her. She just sniffs them and does not reciprocate any licking and has never rolled over to any dogs. When we take her to the dog park, she rarely plays with the dogs there. She says hello, but nothing else. She only seems to like dogs that she feels equal to. Do dogs tend to play with other dogs they feel of equal rank to?
Some dogs are not really into playing with other dogs. I had a Shih Tzu that adored other people, but really didn't do much other than sniff other dogs when we went to the park. It's all individual dogs and their personalities. Ridgebacks tend to be a little more serious -- at least in my limited interaction with them
I have a question for you. I have a male German Shepherd and he likes to play with other dogs but I don’t like it when he greets the other dogs he tends to stand up straight after that he just lays on the ground and he lets the other dogs sniff him. My question is how can I stop him from doing that. ?
How in the world do you get your dogs to stay so close to you, my dog is high energy and will dart towards other dogs in playmode, i cannot snap him out of it.
