Analyzing FNAF: Security Breach Animations in Slow Motion Part 2 (Body Language Details) 

I think the fact that Moon is All over the place is what makes him scary. It’s usually body language that makes a character like that scary, yes, Moon’s design is a little creepy and uncanny. But if you shoved that thing in front of kids and gave it gentle, friendly body language then they probably wouldn’t be scared of him. It’s the fact that he’s actively chasing you, but in a childish/ taunting manner. The first time I saw Moon I thought I’d love to see him in the style of a corpse bride character, he’d fit so well into it.

For Moon and Sun, their hands show a lot "emotions", that's because they can also "speak" in sign language. It was made for children, who can't hear very well. Edit: not trying to be that one person but ty for likes

So apparently the daycare attendant is a professional swimmer, diver, ballerina, contortionist and childcare worker! (plus a theater preformer if you count the books)

The most interesting thing about Sun's entrance is how he's angled towards Gregory. This is likely so we can see his introduction properly, but it could also be him just staring down Gregory from the second he walked out on the balcony.

I feel so bad when Sun cries; he's probably devastated that a kid got lost under his watch and is possibly out there getting hurt... ...Then again, he tosses Gregory out of the daycare once the lights come back on, so it seems he drops that mentality when he's angry.

Also, not sure if you know, but Moon's eyes change color depending on what aggressive level he's at. Which changes depending on how many generators you flip, or how close to missing the hourly recharge you are.

i never noticed the sun/moon diving/swimming thing. like i knew they *did* it, but i didn’t know it was so detailed! the model designers really did their homework.

I feel like Sun and Moon have proper dive and swim animations because they're supposed to take care of kids, and Fazbear Entertainment probably wanted them to be good role models for the children in the daycare.

one thing i noticed abt the blob: his face parts wiggle more when he is about to attack. maybe it wants you to know its going to attack you??

I believe sun and moon are very expressive with their body language and voice due to not having a moving face, they have to make extra effort to show other emotions when they have an eternal smile Also because they are like theater kids lol

Sun’s diving animation is somehow ten times funnier in slow motion

I genuinely thought Sun's rays spinning was a fanon thing, I didn't realize they actually spun a little! i love all of the little details in the animations, it really brings so much life to the characters

Watching Sun and Moon's mannerisms really shows a big part of the reason they're so loved in the community despite their relatively small role in the game and DLC. While the Glamrocks have mostly human personalities, but animalistic behavior and instincts (such as Roxy's sniffing, Chica's bawking, Monty's grunts and growls, and Freddy's little ear wiggles), Sun and Moon are extremely human, in both personality and body language. Sun's body language especially sticks out to me because it shows how emotional he is and I'm a big fan of it because it feels very real to me. I can see why people like Moon too because the way his mannerisms are and how he gets around is quite interesting. Also, the concept of being two different people in the same body as a literal daycare attendant is obviously very interesting to people. (myself included) Another note is something that I'm not sure if a lot of people noticed? During my time in therapy, I learned about differentiating thoughts with "emotional", "logical", and "wise". Wise is the inbetween, or the goal, especially when it came to my emotions. I can see how Sun is the more emotional side, and Moon could be more logical, and Eclipse is wise; Eclipse was clearly a very good, fit daycare attendant because of his good sense of danger and how gentle and sweet they are. We didn't get to see too much of them (unfortunately), but I can still see how Eclipse is the perfect inbetween of Sun and Moon and that just really sticks out to me.

Moon has a ton more animations in the files for the ps4 prerelease version including an actual running animation and ones where he peeks from behind walls and from above

The scenes where Vanessa talks to Freddy, from the parts and service as well as the spot where Gregory hides in the first aid station, you'd think Steel Wool wouldn't animate her mouth because we don't see her face, just her movement. Still, its cool to see that they did animate her mouth. Edit: Burntraps design is flawless. His movement does show that he is in a weak state, because most of his human parts are gone. Even in Fnaf 6, we see that Afton has mostly bone and some flesh. This shows that the fire in Fnaf 3 did enough damage where it took away most of his body. Now, Afton is relying on the endoskeleton to keep a physical structure, and his flesh remains are tied together to it. Even when he's hunched over, has a limp, and even shakes when pressing his hand on the monitor, does seem to show that he's weaker, which can also explain why he was in a recharge station. He's trying to get stronger, because he knows he's in a weak state. Even in Fazbear Frights, its stated a few times that Williams soul is weak. It also somewhat explains why Freddy can fight Williams hacking, but can't fully fight it off enough. Security Breach does have its flaws, but I still love it. I'm hoping the DLC will give the game the second chance it deserves, and I hope Steel Wool will stick by their word that they'll make the DLC free.

I absolutely adore the little details with Sun and Moon! Despite not being able to move their face - they speak volumes through their movements! (Even while Evil Moon is a silly little Jester). Shame their emissions went unused as they're really pretty. Also a nifty little idea Sun would also be semi glow in the Dark.

It's so cool how the devs added the animation of breathing in some of the animatronics

I’m glad you made a part 2! This game is EXTREMELY detailed. They didn’t have to put the endoskeletons in the animatronics, but they did anyway. Extreme detail.

I like to think the retractable beams on suns head is to sort of “baby-proof” him, like, it’s harder to “stab” or scratch something/someone with it when the beam moves away. Not impossible I guess, but yk what I mean lol

17;56 When Moon goes into a crawl, his legs and lower body twist a complete 180. He's walking forwards on his hands and backwards with his legs at the same time, and its this unnatural pose that's so creepy.

There’s an unused skipping animation for Sun where it looks like he’s crouching in order to enter the play structures I guess the original plan was that he’d be able to follow you inside them In the current game you can just hide in there and he doesn’t follow you, merely waits for you to come out

I really have to admire how much effort went into breathing life into this game. Sure, the gameplay and story is basic at best, but the charm in the character animations, sound design, voice acting and even the textures and environments of the Pizzaplex are some of the best I've seen. I have been wasting my save file away with just running around and looking at every nook and cranny I can reach to see what sort of detail are hiding. Carpet stains, moldy walls, garbage piles with insects, shiny clean metal and bathroom tiles, scuzzy tables, the crayon drawings and sticky notes and schedules and labeled boxes... They really didn't have to put that much effort into areas that you're just running through, but they did and I like that. The Switch release is a bit crunchy with the textures, but still really impressive with the lighting. Steel Wool has some real talent in that department.

These videos are the only thing keeping me away from going insane waiting for Ruin DLC

14:23 I think that might be a feature lorewise because that means he can't reach you to protect you if you get hurt. Kind of like the Puppet and its eyes in Fnaf 2 and 6.

Sun looked so nervous in the start but then quickly turned happy.

A cool detail about moon, The more you turn on the generators, the more moons pupils become to glow red like when you turn on the 4th generator his pupil becomes red but when you turned on none generators yet, his pupils are white. Maybe when his pupils are red that means hes angry?

Seeing Vanessa talking to Freddy from the front is so cursed because even though they bothered to animate her mouth the rest of her face isn't animated so she just looks uncanny lol

At 14:38 his either crying or playing hide n seek, since he most likely wants the kids to be happy,also at 13:25 when he says clean up clean up it nearly sounds like moondrop, idk if moondrop is trying to come out and punish Gregory for making a mess or its just what suns clean up voice sounds like

even though this game isnt what people wanted or expected after it came out, it’s obvious that even though it was rushed there was obviously a lot of love put into this project. I wish they had been given the time to really bring their ideas to light

It’s really sad knowing the fact that steel wool put so much thought and effort into this game for things that we didn’t even notice and yet so many people dislike the game. I love the game just because of all the details they put it in.

I hope the next DLC after Ruin will have Eclipse helping the player with the Daycare area as a safe zone of sorts. He's always been a more emotional bot which makes sense being the Daycare Attendant and now that they're one again, I bet he's more stable.

One thing the daycare attendant dose is fall because hes day. Theres an old nursery ryme. "When the sun falls the moon shall rise"

i loved this and ye, im so happy you made a part two!!! a lil thing on Moon, as you go around the daycare, Moons eyes will change colour depending on how many generators have been booted back up! at first when the lights have just been turned off, his eyes are white but as you turn on the generators, one after the other his eyes slowly turn red!

I think the jaw twitch with burntrap is because of old tendons bouncing. After everything that body has gone through the tendons could be pliable like leather. Or it’s to show how much pain he’s in.

If nothing else you have to appreciate how much effort was put into the environmental design, animations, and models in Security Breach. It is a visually beautiful game.

I never noticed until now that moon has cables for him to be able to fly around (I think sun also had those, but I didn't see it). So I always thought they could fly because, y'know, they're a sun and a moon

I was playing on my Nintendo switch, and got to Freddy fazbear’s pizzeria (before the afton fight) and got down to where the blob was, stood and the floor board thing, and nothing happened. I walked around in freddy over the board that’s supposed to break and take you into the fight, and nothing happened. So I had no choice but to get jumpscare by the blob since I had gotten softlocked.

Knowing what Burntrap's actual lore is, it's more likely his animations that seem to display him as being weak are really just him copying Springtrap, since Springtrap also limps as seen in the Help Wanted version of FNaF 3.

He does have Funtime Freddys second face layer because Funtime freddy has 3 layers of his face the colourful one the metallic gray one you see over the Glamrock Endo and his yenndo which we don’t see here. I wonder what happened to it
