In this video, there is a Samsung SyncMaster 940B LCD monitor that doesn’t turn ON and the power and inverter blocks of the monitor are analyzed and explained through schematic. In the end, we fixed the problem and explained the most common inverter block problems.

I have an doubt that how transformer input is dc after big filter capacitor?

It's always DC pulses. These transformers are operated with pulse width modulated voltage, the most common form of which is square waves.
