First point: Reading the comments in videos about this case, so many people are presuming her fiancé is guilty. I can't help but think about Carl Probyn, Lacee Dugard's stepfather. The FBI harrassed him for the 18 years she was missing, and the public treated him like a convicted murderer. His life was made a living Hell, and it turns out he was innocent the entire time. Nobody expects to find themselves as the prime suspect in a murder case, but if it were me, I would hope the public would not demand my head on a platter, and respect the process. If we don't make certain that the accused are met with the standard of due process, we will lose it forever. Our overlording psychopathic ruling parasitic class would love to scrap the trial by jury of our peers and instead go with a 3 crony tribunal. The 911 call says he was the one slapping her. You can tell when they get pulled over he seemed a bit nervous at first then loosened up. He even eluded to her saying something to incriminate him. Also if you watch the interview with her friend she said he has been controlling and abusive in the past and she had to go stay at her friends place. He doesn't seem so innocent to me.

This is the most up to date information that I’ve read in the news-that the caller who anonymously called police about the incident in Moab, for which they were eventually pulled over and questioned in regards to, Brian was “slapping” her on the side of the road. So if that’s the case, then it’s very possible that she started to hit/fight back.

Brian is saying what the officers on scene said they were told (overheard by the body cameras). Please understand I'm not defending anyone. Just pointing out that the caller may have called and stated they saw him slap her, then dispatch said was it self defense? And the caller could have responded "I'm not sure". The media are constantly lying and would most certainly leave that part out.

To your point, it’s possible that the person who anonymously called police, saying Brian was hitting Gabby, caught the whole situation in the middle of a physical fight that Gabby had started. That’s very possible. No doubt. And the news reports coming out during any active situation, do tend to be inaccurate because all news agencies just want to be the first to get information out there for ratings. My thing is that it seems that Ant, and the overwhelming majority of commentators on this video, seem to have gone full incel in regards to this whole incident. Saying that Gabby was this pretty white girl with white privilege and “missing white girlfriend syndrome” because she’s an attractive, upper middle class female. It’s just ridiculous. And then when he gets home, he immediately lawyers up? And then other information comes out that the white van that they were driving in was seen at the same place that Gabby’s body was found? I understand everyone on here “knows their rights” and doesn’t want to talk to police, but all these things put together do not look good for Brian. And if he was the abused in the relationship, he could simply talk to the police with his lawyer present and state why he’s innocent, e.g., he had marks on him on that police stop, etc. I’m also of the belief that if you do something, you should man the fuck up and admit to your wrongdoing and accept the consequences for it.
