Holy crap man. I just wanted to reach out and let you know how inspiring this short is. I'm a filmmaker myself and this is so inspiring that you can do a brand deal and flawlessly integrate it into a short film! But more than that, I'm blown away. Your storytelling and cinematography are on point with Ridley Scott and Nolan. It's clear to see your influences and you do them justice! This inspired me to start writing a "web series" in the same fashion you are doing it. You are the actor and the director. So thank you. This took me 5 months to film and edit, a lot of time away from my wife and kid, if you want to give your appreciation to my wife, she's been the real hero here, believing in me and pulling double duty as a Covid nurse but also taking care of our 4 month old baby, while dad is hanging out of a mini van pretending it has NOS. in my 28 years of being alive ive never watched something that has pulled me into an alternate space like this has, I have never felt so attached to a story before, seriously this is mesmerizing the intent of the story to the pacing of it and all inside of 22 minute video. SIMPLY WOW! Seeing this makes me as a creator want to achieve more and more, if this doesn't inspire creators to want to push themselves then are they even a creator. Yes it def is in the top one percent. JRali is good but not 20+ minutes of work. What makes this stand out to me is every shot was treated as a movie production, the lighting, camera movements etc would have all taken considerable time. Not just great editing, but great in camera filming.

3rd time watching and I fall in every time. Indeed, the train should be coming to you. Just as I think, “I could make content, I could start a channel.” “The stuff on RU-vid is basically color grade, personality, and StoryBlocks... Epidemic, banging’ it together...” Then this hits the screen, and there is no way. I mean, this is the standard now, this is that place in art where a lone brave soul walks toward the windy moonlit ledge, to find what’s coming... So why wade into a medium that’s channeling Ridley Scott and Lynch. Great work man. A fan.
