Maybe if Bill had put Toby Lee Michael in a few treatment programs - and not just warehoused him in lockup, there would be three fewer victims of violent crime in Des Moines, Iowa. William Sperfslage was a pathetic excuse for a warden. His cruel, wicked behavior also reflects poorly on the human race.
