Step by Step Application:
1 - Lay your back. Breath your knees in your stomach.
2-Breathing your feet from the outside grasp. (If you have difficulty holding with your hands, pass each footbed strap and hold it.) Open your knees wider than your wrist and pull your armpit towards you.
3-Align your feet ankles perpendicularly over the index. Stretch from the heels. As you push your feet into your hands to create resistance, pull your hands down.
4-Pull the upper legs towards your body and stretch your spine towards you.
5-Positive for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then take your breath away and lower your feet and rest a few breaths.
