It baffles the fuck out of me how she has had so few United States singles that has shown she is amazing. Seriously she has worked with a who's who of the international artists. I really want to see her work with daughtry. You could really hear starting with "Holding Out For A Hero" her rock voice coming through.

You have to admit, her first song she did a good job at masking her voice in character but there were the tell tale signs that were TOO unmistakable. I was so happy to find this and see her knock every song out of the park!
This is the women that won a battle over cancer twice! She was huge hit in Europe in 2000s and people still adore her here. Her health battles definitely had effect on her career when she had to pause it for years. Still she is incredibly talented and sadly very underappreciated, especially in US. I'm so glad she was on this show, she proved how great and one of a kind she is.

I think the same applies in the UK. Everyone knows Left Outside Alone and I’m Outta Love. I wouldn’t say I grew up as a fan but my parents always played her music and her cancer struggle was mainstream news.
well maybe underrated in the US ... but in the Europe she was popular from the beginning & is still now ! she sold more album in Europe than in the US ..

Sorry but unless you are deaf you cannot mistake Anastias's voice. She is a brilliant artist who deserves much more recognition. Showing my age, bought Freak of Nature when it came out. Keep on, you are a brilliant singer, whatever the conditions.
Had no idea she wasn’t released in the US! She was huge in Europe! I was 12 back then and I remember being obsessed with her songs and I would have recognised her voice immediately! Left Outside Alone is still one of my favorite songs of her.

@@veggie42 I'm a HUGE Anastacia fan but I'm afraid you're mistaken. The two have nothing in common in terms of tone, pitch, range or anything else. Adele has a very soulful voice, whilst Anastacia, a mezzo-soprano, has a rasp and such larger range than Adele
Beside that Anastacia is a phenomenal artist, the whole vampire theme and the stage show is absolutely stunning! Props to the designers and all the background dancers!
That rendition of "I Can't Help Falling In Love" was absolutely electrifying, as was "I Need a Hero"... 🤩 Anastacia has always had such a powerful and unmistakable voice, but this really showed her vesatility as a performer. I have her first two albums which are both awesome examples of soulful pop with sparkling vocals. Good to see her back doing what she does best because I'd love to see her live one day soon!

This is the Australian version of the show, I honestly wouldn't expect her to be recognised somewhere where she wasn't already huge all these years. The UK panel would have caught it right away. She's amazing 💗
This just proves yet again that Anastacia is incredible, incredibly underrated and incredibly skilled. The way she changed her voice was amazing (even though I could still tell it's her because her voice is THAT recognizable) and boyyyyyyy, I have always found "Can't Help Falling In Love" an incredibly boring song, but not the way she did it. Legendary!

Anastacia should have been one of the biggest artists when she came out. People didn't know what to think of her. She was beautiful, fit, soulful and had personality for days. Her vocals, music and personality weren't meant for that time.
This is my first time seeing any of these performances .. she killed them all . She has one of the best voices I have ever heard . I used to listen to her all the time back in the day . Brilliant 🤩
@@popland1977 I believe 2012 was the year, I was about 14 years old, it was a summer festival and my dad had gotten free passes for the whole 3 days! She was 3rd to last performing and we almost didn't see her bc we were sooo tired 👀 we were about to leave, but she pulled us in with her voice and performance! It was amazing!

I've never watched the show but I found this video in my recommends and was like, there's no way they wouldn't recognise her voice.. none.. so it's crazy to me to ready your comment and know they struggled with it. I mean even without knowing who was under that mask or reading the title to this video I could hear her tells, you know the things that make her voice hers... she's such a BOSS BABE with an INCREDIBLE voice
@@Tasha22Bella To be honest, I've never watched these shows either, not even here in the U.S. However, I do check out Ana's various fan sites and I kept reading these comments about Ana being "Vampire" in The Masked Singer Australia competition so I started checking out clips on RU-vid. Yep. There was absolutely no doubt about who she was. If not the voice, then the clues she gave out were, for me, just impossible to ignore. Lol

Oh my god this woman is phenomenal! I've loved her since I'm Outta Love was released in the UK. She can sing pretty much anything. Her song Heavy On My Heart still hits me hard because when she sings it she bares her soul. So so happy to see her on a stage again and she deserves so much more 💕
I don't know what is wrong with her record company / manager that Anastasia needs a comeback. I was lucky enough to see her in concert but it was supporting Bon Jovi!!!! I went for Anastasia - I mean this woman was the Tina Turner of the OO's - amazing voice, amazing story - she is the epitemy of a fighter and a survivor. I hope this means a new album and please management, get a grip and promote the 5h1t out of this talented woman.
@@popland1977 her manager craig was pink and Tina Turner manager ! ( when roger davis was a part ) but after Lisa ( Ana) first manager was left her or her left her i don’t know she had two moron! Who he was a really is a Tour manager so than craig since 2012 i think! If Tina Turner real manager had her in his team ( She would be Much moore successful! And if she she never left Sony to put out that Heavy rotation album 🤦🏻♂️
I've seen her on stage about 4 or 5 years ago. At a concert that is hosted by my hometowns local energy service provider. For free. I mean it was amazing but when I heard she would be there I was like wtf, thats not where I would expect someone like her...
