I wasn’t expecting to hear Nirvana in the middle of this…lol. And yeah parallel 5ths might be bad voice leading for some types of music, but it can result in really cool effects. It’s kind of like amplifying a harmonic.

How do you handle the drums when arranging for piano? In my amateur ears, there’s so much to work out with the other instruments that I can’t even really process how the drums could translate to the piano.
