I'm loving these videos! I like that you show common "wrong" positions. For me, it shows me what I should and shouldn't be feeling in a particular move and why. Thanks so much! 🤓💞
So glad I found this channel! Exactly what I needed: anatomy and physics of these movements. Really helps to not get discouraged, because I have a good strength and mobility foundation but couldn't understand why these "basic" moves were so hard. If all makes sense! It's Science!!! 😀
Whenever I do my inverts it looks like the top of my back is arched for the entire movement. Once I'm in that pull-up position I've already started arching my back, and that continues through to the straddle position. Not sure how to engage my upper back but I will work on that. Thanks for the video!
The content of these videos is very good. Can you tell me which app you use to generate the arrows in the video? I study nursing and it would help me a lot for my practice videos.
Hey, thank you so much! This one was such a long time ago now, so I'm trying to remember exactly how I did these... I'm pretty sure I drew the arrows in Photoshop (or possibly bought some arrow graphic templates) and added them to Premier pro where I edit my videos. That's probably not super helpful because I'm sure there are easier ways to do it nowadays with an app! 😅😅
Sorry for the slow response! I usually prioritise horizontal pulling exercises for the invert - bent rows and suspension trainer rows are a couple of my faves! 💪
