ANC's decision against Mtolo should be expected 

Political analyst Dr Levy Ndou says the action the ANC took against
KZN secretary Bheki Mtolo is what should be done by any party when
there's a crisis.
The party instructed Mtolo to apologise to Nehawu for accusing union
members of not effectively performing their duties in the public
sector.
Ndou says failure to do so could cost the party dearly.
