I'm glad I watched this interview...for the longest time I really believed Hubert was guilty. If I didn't see the news abt his marriage, I wouldn't have had the curiosity to read abt this case's update over the years and read evidence that supported his acquittal.

I still believe that the authorities got the right guys. My reasoning is this... why not take the polygraph? If i was being accused of a heinous crime like this,... not only that i will provide documents of where i was at the time of the crime. I will subject myself to a polygraph. I'll tell them go ahead set it up, put me on a house arrest, lets do the polygraph right now. Not tomorrow or next week or next month,.. Now! I maybe a freaking tweaker, but not a murderer. But he didn't do that. I know the burden of proof lays on the accuser... but why beat around the bushes. If your innocent, whatever evidence they've collected cannot be connected to you period.

By watching the pictures last time and now I could also see his movements sigthing in many angles I would say he is guilty.

Funny how anyone who has a slight command of English and a mestiza look can become a host of a serious talk show like this. She asked very shallow questions meant for show biz. There were many more relevant questions to ask to drive the point home that he couldn't possibly have done the crime. Asking abt the wallet and bag? Who does that!

Go ahead ikulong nyo si Jessica Alfaro, so you can open a new can of worms. I dare them. They're saying Hubert lost 15 years because of Jessica's lies,... then go ahead go after her. You guy's are not gonna do shit and you know it. Remember this... there is no such thing that there is 100% truth on a person's confession... thats why an investigator also look at their collected evidence to find consistencies. Because only a true eye witness knows specific things in the crime scene that no one knows. Thats why investigators does not reveal their evidence. To make sure if a witness can be credible.
