Duterte managed to praise and to address the issue of her health at this small exchange. Miriam was sharp enough to respond in a somewhat convincing way. Duterte is sly and calculating despite the whole "bad-ass" facade that he has and Miriam knew it. Both are excellent in mind games. People should learn from them.
