Love how you still create content even after having surgery, my brother and I work on cars religiously its just what we love doing we’re both learning a lot.Having the ability to have a scan tool would be phenomenal. Looking forward to how ya like the scan tool down the road.

Dont know how I missed this video of yours but, Ive had the ancel fx6000 since it 1st came out years ago. And at 1st I was not happy with it but after the last update it's been great. So now that I see it can now program keys I've been looking at this one.
This V6 can really get In pretty deep too...I've hooked this one up to a FORD '16 f150 Ecoboost,A '14 Jeep with a Hemi,An '11 Infiniti 56 and a deleted 2019 f550 6.7...has TONS of bidirectional functions..very pleased so far...with the coupon on OBDZON it came out to 390.00 shipped....still bummed they sent the wrong unit..dont get me wrong,the V6 Pro is really nice,but when checking O2 data for example, I prefer to be hardwired for faster communication ...already wrote to the company...hopefully they'll resolve it..if not I'll keep this one and see if they'll give me a deal on a DS700
Im primarily a Class 8 diesel tech and Already own an ANCEL X7HD for Diesel and Heavy Equipment stuff and love it(Also have an Autel 908CV and the X7HD is way better)...just received my V6 Pro and it's great! ...only bummer is I order the V6 PRO PLUS,like you have,but they sent me the V6 Pro without the serial port on the tablet...Im debating on exchanging because pids update much faster when hardwired directly to the Tablet and can be used without the VCI....it is built very well and almost a similar design to my Autels...but this software seems to work much better....
Wow I really could use that scanner. Since I lost my job and don’t have access to the scanner from my last job I am unable to properly diagnose vehicles that I work on.
Also,you can hook the HDMI port to a monitor, so if you do a recording of live data,you can hook it up to a larger screen to see abnormalities much easier...still bummed about them sending the wrong unit, but it still does a lot..
If there was an issue with the ima system there would 100% be a DTC stored. This sounds like a transmission issue. I’ve worked on a few civics with the same concern and ended up replacing the transmission. Most of the time there is a very bad judder from the start clutch when you start to accelerate.
Hey Ernest, from my experience Honda hybrids don’t accelerate that fast . The TPMS light is on for a or more defective sensors. The wrench is for oil change and tire rotation and transmission service. That scan tool is really fast . And I think you can do screenshots. Great 👍 video showing the live data . That’s a job well done 👍

One of the major differences between a wired connection and WIFI is always going to be speed, especially with graphing refresh rates lagging with WIFI. Most scanners only do a continuity test of circuits, just as the system normally does a POST upon startup: neither will tell of a physically worn part like a TPS, or anything that has a range of motion. For TPMS they do make inexpensive testers, looking for the monitors, battery strength, etc. The vehicle is obviously in "Limp-in" mode (limp home) or sometimes called "D-Rated", and won't have a torque curve, or a shift for power. Low fluid, clogged filter, clogged shift solenoid, loose/corroded plug(s).
@@RoadsideRescue so for an everyday scan tool not very ergonomic it sounds like. But that's a small flaw if you don't use it all the time probably wouldnt think about it for someone who uses it once and awhile
I had that same model civic hybrid and it was pretty weak, 100ish hp, took awhile to get going. The cvt did slip sometimes on mine, it could need a new belt or a fluid change. if it was the battery or the electric motor it would definitely be throwing codes. Just my 2 cents
Hey if you get a good scan tool that has true bi directional controls or such as being as to control the vent valve etc for testing or cooling fans, while not being outrageous that would be great lol.
This is bi-directional. "outrageous" for cost is subjective. I did buy this because at the time, they offered lifetime updates and nobody else did. So it was like $430, but that's all-in and not have to worry in a year or two paying $150+ for an update subscription. To me, that was a value but some others may consider it outrageous.
6 months later how is this tool working for you?? I've been looking at a lot of different scan tools all different brands and prices,this one looks to be about $400 plus dollars I like the bi directional feature and Free updates. I am a DIYer. Would you recommend ?

I am an entry level mechanic I'm booking a replacing my diagnostic tool the one in your video I kinda seemed to like where did you get that from and the price I am definitely interested in that And connect to OB1 ports and OB2
I always cheap out and buy the innova 60 dollar obd2 scanners. I’ve been planning on buying a BlueDriver but after watching this, I think I might wait a bit longer and buy one of these. The selling point for me is the graphing speed.
This scanner isn’t bi direction unfortunately those are service functions coding injector etc. it does have a lot of data pids tho. The link you posted was BT as well not wired but good stuff thanks for sharing,
Bidirectional is when the vehicle and scan tool both have the capability to command a function such as, engaging and disengaging the ac compressor clutch with the scan tool rather than pressing the button on the vehicle. Why? To get closer to the issue you're trying to fix. You would eliminate that the ac compressor clutch is not at fault.
