We have a motorcycle shop in Florida. We work on all makes. This tool was a must. I haven't had any of the issues you are stating. Point in fact, Saturday, I was able to do a service reset on a 2020 BMW 1250 GS A E. Also to note that this scanner also works on automobiles. So far, I am very pleased with this scanner. Yes the disclaimer screen is a nuisance as well as trying to return to a menu. Minor inconvenience for what this device is capable of.

When you were looking at the bmw selection . The circle with a line through it means A bmw with out Abs. You sound frustrated because you havent used the scanner enough to know how to use it effectively. Thats my guess. Okay you have to agree to the startup screen ect everytime Who cares just click on it and mive foward. Dont over think . Ever scanner is different right. Next time get familiar with the scanner before you present to everyone thats trying to check out the scanner. Hey what scanner do you normally use? Tell us about that. Thanks for the video. It really helps. Remember you get what you pay for. This scanner is fairly cheap. And yes it looks like a code reader. The GS911 bmw scanner tool is gonna be better because it was made for BMWs...
