McCabe was fired from the FBI for leaking information to reporters about a dispute between the FBi and the Justice Department over how to handle the investigation into the Clinton Foundation. If they prosecuted everyone who leaked information to reporters in DC, there would be no one in the White House or in DC and you would know even less than you currently do about what your government does and is doing. I'm against leaking confidential or top secret information that could harm our national security but that isn't what he did.
