Then it's my turn for the Round Rock Express...
Apparently, Chris is laughing because my first pitch was good, not because it was funny. I was going for 'entertaining' anyhow.

Hey, I enjoyed the pitch! You realized you needed to add some flair to those terribly hot, boring start to baseball games. I think it worked, and probably pepped up the crowd a bit, too! Side note..are you still not speaking with your co-anchor? 😆 lol.

She was just throwing in some ballet. The guy is going overboard with the funny, either for the attention or trying to get close to her.Just seems weird.
