Dave P Actually, I understand your confusion, but we didn’t evolve from chimps, as evolution isn’t linear in this way. We evolved from apes, yes, but not the specific species Pan Troglodyte. Us and chimps are two very close but separate branches on the tree of life

@@CNSproductions14 Darwin made no distinction between microevolution and macroevolution because there really isn’t much of one. He definitely thought organisms could evolve past the species level. This is an old comment, so I don’t really remember what the video was about, but if you want transitional species I can show you some, but if you want something else just let me know.

We are not products of our environment. The best example is lack of body hair. How many other mammals are nearly hairless on this planet, in this environment? Does that not cause you to question anything? Our eyes would be better suited for the dark, etc, etc, etc, etc. Question EVERYTHING.
