I once read a book in the 80's, that quoted ancient writings describing how massive stones were moved by hitting a sacred metal rod against it, the rod vibrated and made a humming sound and the massive stone would levitate and could be moved for a short distance, until the rod stopped vibrating. Since then I have thought this is a possibly on how it was done.

That's real, but they built the pyramids with Geopolymers just like Rome, Tartaria and all of the other big global one world civilizations since the beginning of time. Everything later was of poorer and anti aesthetic quality up to today. On two separate occasions, the orchestrator of the coral castle in Florida was observed using two rock cones to move/levitate the coral boulders. Astronomically low frequencies could definitely lift a heavy object and if you then tuned higher slowly you could move it faster. Question. Does the levitating device stop the effects of gravity? Will the same device be able to lift on a 1g object and a 1 tonne object? Would the resistance of weight, of the object you are trying to lift, transfer to the person holding the device? If so, how does this device differ from a crane or other lifting device?
The answer is yes, if you understand what gravity really is. Size or weight then becomes irrelevant. If you study Tesla, and the idea that electricity, magnetism and gravity are intertwined and therefore part of the same force, then you understand that gravity is a pushing force, not pulling that is the result of the electro-magnetic field circulating around the Earth from the poles. The idea is to reverse the polarity or magnetic force above an object (think two magnets of the same poles pushing each other) which cancels the push of gravity. You get a kind of "vacuum" above the object and anything will float regardless of size or "weight", which becomes irrelevant. The device or some kind of transmitter for the generating device (think Tesla Towers and receiving antennas) sitting on top of the object, no one holds the device. If you are not holding the receiver, you are not affected Cranes assume that gravity is a pulling force and fight against that which does nothing. Gravity is pushing force that is electro-magnetic not a pulling force. Reverse the polarity and anything will levitate or float. The best way of grasping that is to take two magnets with the same poles pushing against one another and repelling each other. Not if you go to a decibel low or high enough that animal ears can’t hear. Also if mastered the sound could easily be aimed and controlled to not just push but rather like they said LEVITATE like how they could flip their device either way and it stayed up. Not everything is just a forward motion. Different sound waves produce different affects.
